Attending Interspeech 2025 in Rotterdam was a truly special experience for me. It was my first time at Interspeech, and standing on that stage to present my work on Test-Time Training for Speech Enhancement felt surreal. What made it even more memorable were the thoughtful questions and feedback I received helping me shape how I think about my research.

Beyond my own presentation, what I’ll always carry with me are the conversations I had with researchers from around the world. I had the chance to meet many PhD and master’s students from top universities, and their passion and depth of knowledge were genuinely inspiring. Hearing about their journeys and approaches to research made me reflect on my own path and gave me fresh motivation to keep pushing forward. The mentoring sessions also gave me valuable clarity about my career path and future goals, something I didn’t expect to take away from a conference.

More than just an academic event, Interspeech felt like being part of a community. I came back feeling motivated, inspired, and full of new ideas I can’t wait to explore. I’m deeply grateful to the ACM-W Scholarship for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this journey.
