Reconnecting, Celebrating, and Growing: ACM-W North America in Action

Reconnecting and Reenergizing at SIGCSE TS 2025

From February 26 to March 1, ACM-W North America had the pleasure of hosting a booth at the SIGCSE TS 2025 Conference — and what an incredible experience it was!

Our team—Lindsay, Naaz, and Angela—had the opportunity to connect with passionate educators, researchers, and advocates for gender equity in computing.

Having an ACM-W booth gave us the perfect platform to meet people who share our mission and have meaningful conversations about how we can create more inclusive and supportive spaces for all.

One of our biggest goals this year was reconnecting with our ACM-W chapters and building more because community truly matters! Whether you’re new to ACM-W or a longtime supporter, we are here to support your chapter, your goals, and your voice.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our booth shared stories and added voice to this growing movement. And, of course, a big shoutout to our amazing committee members and volunteers who made it all possible!

Interested in starting a chapter or collaborating on an initiative?
We’d love to hear from you! Reach out, and let’s build something great together.
