Welcome to our new ACM-W Celebrations Chair!

Marily Nika will be the next Celebrations chair of ACM-W, effective January 2023. Originally Greek, based in Silicon Valley, passionate about all things tech, AI & Products, Marily works as an AI Product Manager at Meta and is also an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School. She teaches AI Product Management part-time. In 2014, she completed a PhD in Computing Science at Imperial College London. Before Meta, she worked as an AI Product Manager at Google for 8 years.

Marily believes strongly in the power of communities to advance and empower people in tech to thrive. For her contributions to technology and community, she has received several awards, including 2018’s Woman of the Year Award  (by everywoman) and 2015’s WISE Influence Award by Women in Science & Engineering.
