Thank you, ACM, for giving me the valuable opportunity to present my work titled “Inverse problems in thermos-fluid systems using polynomial chaos expansions and Bayesian inference” at the SIAM MDS22 conference in San Diego, California, USA. It was a pleasure to meet and chat with some brilliant researchers from around the world, talk about my work, and receive their feedback. It was motivating to receive the Best poster award at the conference, and the conference gave me renewed enthusiasm for my career. I am also thankful to my PhD advisor Prof. Supreet Singh Bhaga, at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, for guiding me in presenting my work on an international platform. This conference also gave me an opportunity to prospects as I am about to defend my PhD thesis soon. The conference gave me insights into different research areas in Mathematics of Data Science. The fantastic weather and the friendliness of the people of San Diego contributed much to the conference’s overall success, which featured a wide range of engaging speakers and events. I am fortunate to have had this opportunity and will always be grateful to ACM-W for their kindness.
